Do you ship worldwide?

✅ Yes, we ship across India and to selected international destinations.

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our trusted partner warehouses in India to ensure faster delivery and reliable service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 5 days of placing your order. Requests after this time cannot be guaranteed. However, once the package is received, you may return it for a full refund as per our Return Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, RuPay), UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within India. For international orders, we accept PayPal and cards.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • India: 4–8 business days (depending on your location).

  • International: 10–20 business days.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

For Indian orders: All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.
For international orders: Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at support@mazedarindia.com with your order number. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • For card/UPI payments: 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

  • For COD: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet within the same time frame.
